In the past the property was used as a family farm and with some work could be a cattle farm with a build site for a home. There is electric and multiple year around springs on the property. The timber has been harvested on parts of the property but there is still areas of marketable timber. The wildlife consists of bear, turkey, whitetail deer, and small game. There are many ATV trails throughout the property and is a close proximity to the Buffalo National River.
